Return Policy


We offer in-store credit through our return program. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you are not eligible for a return. All sale items and accessories are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in original box. Shoe boxes must be placed inside a protective shipping box or bag, no labels can be attached to the shoe box.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will issue you in-store credit. 

Damaged or defective items

Please send us an email at, we will happily replace the items if they are defective or damaged. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If item being returned is defective or damaged, all shipping costs will be covered by J&Bay Co.
